Renter will be held responsible for damages to the home, grounds, other vehicles, or other property during the rental period. Renter does not have access to any part of the home or yard except for the parking space during the rental period. Renter does not have access to the neighborhood amenities during the rental period. Parking ONLY. If at any time the rental terms are violated, the renter will lose access to the parking space and will forfeit the remainder of the payment for the parking period. Renter must identify the vehicle make, model, and color. No other vehicles will be permitted to use the space the renter has secured for the identified vehicle during the rental period. Renter will park the identified vehicle and immediately exit the premises.
