Boston Center for the Arts (BCA) offers one indoor parking space for rental available from January 1, 2019. The space is conveniently located in the Atelier|505 Garage at 505 Tremont Street, Boston (with the entrance located behind the building at 14 Warren Avenue). There is a 24​/​7 access pass that guarantees availability in a clean and well-managed garage with attentive staff. Location within 5 minutes' walk from the Orange Line Back Bay Station. The rate is $425​/​month, long-term rental would be ideal but we're open to negotiations, and the first-month rent can be pro-rated if it starts past Jan. 1. The space can be shared as long as the physical pass is shown at the garage entrance.
