This is parking spot is in a small gated Montrose condo community. It is walking distance for a number of restaurants, art galleries and bars. It is just a short walk form major bus lines like the 82, 56, 40 and 41 so you will be able to quickly and easily get to more places downtown and the medical center. It is close to the Houston Zoo and Museum District so there is lots of culture around you. Also near St. Thomas University and Rice University.
