The $10 is for all day parking. You can park from 8 am until 11:59 PM. It's a long driveway that holds two cars. If there's a car there, pull up close to it. Don't worry about blocking it in. If there's no car there, just park normally. No one will block your car. Perfect spot to leave your car and get on the UP to go downtown to catch the game or a concert.
